AI & DIGITAL TOOLS / HORN · VIENNA · LOWER AUSTRIA

Digital tools for work that actually needs doing.

Not every process needs AI. Sometimes a simple form helps, sometimes a small web app, and sometimes an assistant for recurring questions. We discuss the problem you want to solve and develop individual digital tools around a clear use, rather than adding features without a purpose.

Start with one specific task

Which activities regularly take up your team’s time? Where is the same information entered more than once? Which questions come up repeatedly? These examples make a better brief than a general request to use AI. We look at the current process, the people involved and the result you need.

The first scope should remain manageable. A well-defined use case makes it easier to test whether a solution helps in everyday work and identify any requirements that are still missing.

Clarify data and responsibility early

An AI assistant needs suitable information and a way to handle uncertain answers. Data sources, access rights and the role of human review must be considered before implementation. Personal or confidential information should not simply be sent to an arbitrary service.

Depending on the task, a solution without generative AI may be more appropriate. A fixed calculation, structured data entry or a defined approval process does not necessarily need a language model.

From an idea to a usable web app

Example inputs, expected outputs and an overview of existing systems help create a useful brief. Klemens combines design and development, while Christoph coordinates communication. Integrations, hosting, recurring service costs and support are discussed as distinct requirements. After implementation, real workflows should be tested before adding more features. What matters is whether the tool is understandable and fulfils its agreed purpose.
